Sometimes a project calls for something that we do not do ourselves. When that arises there are 2 choices.
Hire a contractor yourself and we can coordinate with them
Allow us to sub-contract that portion of the project for you

Having built a relationship with outside contractors such as WMB Construction we are often able to negotiate a better price. And we can attest to their tremendous quality.
